About Us
The genesis of the Senior Adult Life Transformation (SALT) Fellowship was after much praying and waiting on the Lord’s leading.
The local mass media continued to draw attention to the dilemma of Singapore’s ageing population. People are ageing and living longer. One focus remains the welfare of the elderly. On this alone, much is being done by our Government and various community groups but, there is still so much more to be done.
Fully convinced and convicted to the call, the set up of a dynamic and autonomous Christian ministry to serve the seniors was birthed and first incorporated on March 27, 2018 as “Senior Adult Life Transformation Ltd”. After much prayers and deliberations, it was deemed prudent to restructure it and on 11 September, 2021, this ministry was registered as a society with the Registrar of Societies as SALT Fellowship (UEN: T21SS0149E).
Since its inception, we have in operation, several programmes, events and activities for seniors, all to the glory of God. Services are provided pro bono by volunteers and our SALT Fellowship members. We thank Almighty God for love gifts and free-will offerings from donors. God willing, SALT Fellowship will continue to take roots and grow in Singapore and the region, serving the holistic well-being of the senior adults. We covet your prayers.
