He is a retired pastor with a passion to help other retirees to age holistically. He and his wife are nature lovers and they enjoy taking photos of nature.​​

She is a homemaker but enjoys helping the seniors stay healthy. She enjoys interacting and walking with them at nature parks and hope to motivate them to stay active and cheerful.

As an avid photographer, he is especially keen in street photography. He has been serving in the Bible translation ministry for many years.​​​​​​​

​A Stay-at-home mom to three adult children. She is an avid traveller, a nature hiker, and a keen cook.

A wife, helpmate, mother, creative craft trainer,  avid walker, and resistance band  practitioner!​​​​

A child of God, used by Him in training /  speaking to both churches and marketplace. A walker and squasher!

He is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle. He coaches hikers how to do deep breathing and brisk walking.
